Are you a plant whisperer with a knack for nurturing greenery? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Growing Supervisor to join our team of green-thumbed gurus. You’ll work hand-in-leaf with our current growing team to ensure our plants are happy, healthy, and thriving. Your mission, to keep production as smooth as a well-watered fern while maintaining top-notch quality standards. If you can talk to plants and make them listen, we want you!
Reporting to Growing Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Planning: Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands and optimise efficiency
- Process Monitoring: Overseeing production processes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, and adjusting as needed
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and addressing any issues that arise during production
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed within the plant production environment
- Data Analysis: Analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
- Team Coordination: Collaborating with various departments, such as quality control, purchasing, and warehouse teams, to ensure smooth operations
- Reporting: Providing regular reports to senior management on production activities, inventory status, and any stock issues encountered.
KEY SKILLS
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the plant production team
- Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different departments and reporting to senior management
- Be able to effectively prioritise workload to meet the needs of the business
- Computer literate and good Excel skills

ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Ecommerce Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our online store. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our website, enhancing the customer journey, and supporting performance marketing, brand and CRM teams to maximise conversions and revenue growth.
Reporting into the Technical Ecommerce Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website Management: Maintain and update product listings, landing pages, and site content to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Trading & Merchandising: Analyse website performance and user behaviour to optimise product placement, navigation, and promotions
- Promotions & Campaigns: Assist in executing promotional activities, including seasonal sales, discounts, and new product launches
- SEO & Content Optimisation: Work with the content and marketing teams to improve on-page SEO and drive organic traffic
- Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with paid media, email marketing, and social teams to ensure website readiness for campaigns
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify and troubleshoot website issues, working with Technical Ecommerce Lead & developers to improve site performance
- Stock & Inventory Co-ordination: Ensure stock levels are reflected accurately on-site, liaising with buying and merchandising teams
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 1-3 years in an Ecommerce or digital marketing role, preferably in a retail or DTC environment
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.), Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Jira ticketing system to handle requests from across the business and action within laid out timeframes
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Proactive Approach: A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to innovate in a fast-paced environment

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social & Content Executive – Horticulture to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand gardening & lifestyle content that drives growth across our social platforms and website. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be working with the Creative team to ensure that all our content experiences delight, inform and persuade customers that Sarah Raven is a brand that’s right for them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content production - Create and produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable garden focussed content social channels and web
- Storytelling & ideation - Produce ideas for digital content that are aligned to the content marketing calendar. You’ll match seasonal product, gardening advice and brand USPs to the customer mindset.
- Content calendar planning – Maintain and own the content and campaign marketing calendar, working closely with Head of Brand
- Copywriting - Provide compelling copy for social and web channels
- Be a voice of the brand – comment and engage with customers and audiences on social channels
- Collaboration – work closely with graphic designers to produce engaging content that’s on brand and suitable for social platforms; and with buying to find the best product and great stories
- Shoot production - Organise, coordinate and produce social content shoots for
- Be on set - Attend and manage on-set shoot production on photo & video shoots when required
- Make use of data and insights – Learn from content performance, analyse key metrics, listen to customer feedback and optimize content strategies based on insights
- Spotting trends – stay up to date with digital and social media trends across gardening and relevant adjacent lifestyle categories to ensure our our gardening content remains fresh, relevant, and innovative
- Horti and brand champion – Ensure our horti messaging is on brand and accurate, you’ll work closely with our garden and horti buying teams
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Gardening knowledge – proven experience that you know a lot about gardening, and feel confident talking about garden jobs and plants. RHS qualification (or equivalent) is ideal, but not essential
- Experienced content creator – proven experience of creating digital content (copy, visual and video formats)
- Content campaign planning – you will know how generate ideas for campaigns, and organise them into a structured campaign or BAU content calendar
- Digital content measurement - you’ll know the metrics to follow and how to apply the insights
- Brilliant storytelling skills – ability to think imaginatively and practically to create compelling content that attracts attention
- Creative team player – you know the importance of a brief and ready to share and receive feedback
- Social + digital first - Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
- Highly organized – can manage various timelines and knows how to manage competing priorities
- Ambitious and creative – always looking for new ways of doing things to improve efficiency and quality of production processes and content output

ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide accurate and efficient administrative support for the Buying Team in the delivery of our authoritative and distinctive product ranges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage product set up documents & handover to other supporting departments
- Uploading product data to the stock management system (Dynamics 365)
- Set up and complete Buying Sheets each season, ensuring all product, pricing and supplier details are correct
- Provide support to the team for range planning (competitor analysis, data entry for sales analysis)
- Sample management for selection / photography
- Support in the web set up process each season and day-to-day website checking
- Assist with queries regarding product from Customer Services
- Check invoices
- Check artwork for accurate sku and price details
- Assist the buying team with web merchandising
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to form excellent working relationships both internally and externally

A Senior Merchandiser to take ownership of their categories, provide analysis and insight into performance, trade the departments to hit financial KPI's, support members of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working to delivery financial KPI's for departments through effective planning & in season trading
- Regularly analysing departmental performance to maximise commercial opportunities
- Through strategic planning and trading of the departments manage the intake & OTB to deliver the stock requirements of the business
- Provide data analysis and insights thatt can be shared with relevent teams to aid decision making
- Work collaboratively and build a strong relationship with the supply base
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of AM/MAA's through regular 1:1's, honest and constructive feedback
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven record of commercial success in a Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser role
- Numerate & Analytical, proficient in excel with a strong attention to detail
- Clear & effective communicator, capable or engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in horticulture advantageous but not essential
- Experience using BI and D365 advantageous but not essential
