Description

Looking like it should belong more in an aquarium than a garden, I adore this spider sea-urchin with copper mixed with amethyst flowers. Single heads floating in water last 2 weeks, and up to 5 weeks in a vase. This shot to my number one chrysanth in our trial last autumn.

Care Tips

Pot up rooted cuttings and grown on in a bright, frost-free place. Early-flowering varieties can be hardened off and planted out in May. Later ones are best planted in large pots so they can be outside in summer but moved indoors in autumn.
