- Surface sow indoors from late winter to early spring. Pot into 9cm pots and grow on. Harden off young plants before planting out in a sunny place from late spring.
Care Tips
Gauras are easy as long as you remember that they are prairie plants. Mulching helps to protect from severe winters. Mature gauras do not move well. The dark spots that appear on their narrow leaves are normal. Large clumps can be divided in spring.
