Soft-coloured, curvy petalled, luscious textured perennial polyanthus which I had on my doorstep and LOVED all spring
Plant it in dappled shade with hellebores or grow it in a container, to reappear early every spring.
Polyanthus flowers are edible, they are beautiful scattered on salads.

- Sow in spring on the surface of fertiliser-free seed compost. Do not cover. Place in a cold frame or shady sheltered spot where they will not get above 15 °C and keep moist.

Easy to establish and they will come back year after year giving much needed early season colour in containers and borders.
