- Sow indoors, February-April, in pots or trays of seed compost, sprinkle seed and press gently onto the surface. Cover the trays with black plastic or cardboard or place in an airing cupboard until seedlings appear to exclude light.
Care Tips
For best results, provide a rich, light, well-drained soil in full sun. May require support. Pick or remove dead flowers to prolong flowering. Thrives also grown under glass.
