Quick-cropping Perpetual strawberry, easy to grow from seed and fast to reach fruit harvesting stage in the same season as sowing
We use this in edible window boxes and containers - old water troughs from the farm, mixed with other edible and ornamental container plants, such as Dwarf Bean ‘Hestia’ and Tomato ‘Microcherry’.

- Sow indoors early spring, surface sow onto moist compost. Cover and place somewhere bright. Transplant seedlings into modules or pots. Harden off and plant out in May, apart.
Care Tips
Strawberries require regular watering throughout the growing season, and ripening fruits should be netted against birds. Apply a liquid potash feed, such as a tomato feed, every 7 to 14 days. In early spring apply a general fertiliser.
