[COURSE ITINERARY]- Flowers From The Garden with Sarah Raven at Rutland Nursery, Oakham

| Morning Session 1 | 10:30am — 11:30am | Begin the day with Sarah as she gives advice on all she knows about picking, conditioning and the rules for beautiful colour combining (Sarah's 4 palettes and how and where to use them) |
| Break | 11:30am — 11:50am | Coffee/tea and home-made cake |
| Morning Session 2 | 11:50am — 1:00pm | Sarah will show a super-simple vase of flowers, no oasis or chicken wire in sight! As well as how to create the perfect hand-tied bunch, the best flowers with scent and colour for your bathrooms and bedrooms, the best day-to-day vase, low table flowers and will then finish with demonstrating a tablescape. |
| Lunch - 2 Courses | 1:00pm — 2:15pm | Using recipes from Sarah’s cookbooks and produce from the garden wherever we can. This is served with home-made cordial. There will be time for shopping after lunch. |
| Demo | 2:15pm — 2:45pm | Demonstration of floral display in one of our giant urns, guaranteed to look spectacular! |
| Q&A | 2:45pm — 3:00pm | Q&A with Sarah and Josie to clear up any queries you might still have. |
