To really make your homecooked dishes sing, try scattering edible flowers on top. Beautiful on salads, ice cream, cakes or gently stirred into drinks, they're incredibly rewarding to grow—especially from seed. Start sowing edible flower seeds in your garden and you can easily add extra colour, texture and flavour to your cooking. As well as looking fabulous on our plates these wonderful little plants are excellent in the garden too—filling gaps, providing food for pollinators and providing ground cover.
