- Surface sow seed indoors. Keep soil damp but not wet. Germination can take up to 3 weeks. When seedlings are large enough, transplant into pots and grow on in cooler conditions to harden them off before planting out after last frosts.
Care Tips
Trim off the spent flowers after the first early summer flush, to encourage repeat flowering in late summer and autumn.
