‘Kelsey Annie’ is a Collarette Group dahlia I truly love, which Lou (my business partner) and I both fell on in a huge dahlia trial field two summers ago, unusually discreet, soft and delicate

I played with Fuzzy Felt as a child, and as you can imagine, I usually used it to make flowers. They looked just like this.

All dahlia flowers are edible, scatter their petals on salads for flavour, texture and colour.
